Canada's first accessibility-focused design, marketing and communications agency comprised of people with lived disability experience
Accessibrand is Canada’s first social enterprise design and marketing agency led by people with lived disability experience. We specialize in making brands fully accessible through inclusive design, user testing, training, and digital accessibility fixes. From creating to educating to problem-solving, we empower businesses to connect with everyone.

Conestoga Entrepreneurship Collective

CEC incubated Accessibrand in the Venture Lab, supporting the founder in gaining the tools and insights needed to successfully launch and grow the business. The founder also participated in the Gig Lab, learning to better connect with professionals across industries, opening opportunities to collaborate with other freelancers and align her services with broader market needs. Both programs were instrumental in shaping Accessibrand’s success and its ability to make digital accessibility a priority for businesses. Founder, Jolene MacDonald was a 2016 Alumni of Distinction, 2020 winner of the Wilf Rieck Pitch Day @ Conestoga and 2023 Rogers Woman of the Year 40+.
