Byron Hallett is a chef researcher. Byron has been enthusiastically working in the restaurant industry for over 17 years from his humble beginnings as a dishwasher to graduating from the acclaimed Stratford Chefs School in 2009 to overseeing multiple kitchens as executive chef in Stratford and the Kitchener-Waterloo region.
