Carrie Herzog, PhD, is a professor in the School of Hospitality & Culinary Arts at Conestoga College.
Carrie has worked for over 15 years experience in operations in tourism, food service and events as well as taught courses in hospitality, tourism, management and business at the University of Guelph and Conestoga.
She holds a PhD in services management, an MBA in hospitality and tourism management and an MA in Canadian history.
Research interests: food systems, food cultures, sustainability, sustainable hospitality, sustainable tourism, services management, service design.
