Maitre d' Bloom Restaurant

Darryl Haus is the  maitre d' Bloom Restaurant Conestoga College - Hospitality Technologist  

Darryl started with Conestoga as a bartending and mixology instructor in 2018. In addition to his work at the college Darryl owns and operates two popular cocktail bars in Kitchener Ontario.

He graduated from Humber college in 2007 from the Red Seal apprentice cook program and worked as the executive chef for Peter Martin's 20 King restaurant as well as The Church in Stratford.  

Research interest: Cocktail innovation, Non-alcoholic spirits and distillates, Customer experience and improving on-the-job training methods.
