Jordan Codack
Sales coach
Jordan Codack is a sales coach and is responsible for teaching and coaching the next great cohort of tech sales professionals in the Conestoga Entrepreneurship Collective’s Sales Lab. His focus is to help them build a foundation of resiliency, intellectual curiosity and business acumen so they can compete, not only in a competitive job market, but also enjoy long term success in an immensely challenging and incredibly rewarding sales career.
In his career, Jordan supported the KW software industry in hiring great people, first as a Staffing Consultant and later as an in-house Talent Acquisition recruiter. He’s hired across all departments for a variety of local SaaS organizations, and much of that experience has involved building high performing sales teams. Jordan leads with empathy always, making strong connections to people, and identifying and advocating for what makes a person unique and special. He is proud to have made a mark in not only being there for people along their job hunt journey, but in working fast to solve problems and help amazing businesses with amazing cultures grow and scale effectively (and get acquired).
Jordan holds an BA in political science from Wilfrid Laurier University.
