Pamela Johnson Is a full-time faculty with the management in community services graduate program at Conestoga College. She has spent the past over 25 years supporting non-profit and community economic development organizations in a variety of leadership roles. Pamela's contributions have been acknowledged through awards for community engagement and excellence in stakeholder/partner relations.

In the classroom, workplace, and broader community, pamela remains a dedicated advocate for equity, inclusion, safety and belonging. Pamela holds undergraduate degrees in human geography, psychology, a diploma in disability studies, and a master's degree in community economic development. She has also completed numerous courses in social work and counselling.
